I help women shift out of the gray area drinking cycle by understanding what drives their cravings, stop using willpower and become their own hero rather than their own worst enemy.

What is the Gray Area of drinking?

Alcohol feels like a problem but you don’t see yourself as addicted or identify with the term alcoholic.

You are functional and healthy in every way but recognize that your drinking habit is holding you back from being the best version of you.

you try to break free from the cocktails and you fail…

This doesn’t mean that there is something wrong with you. Willpower doesn’t last. Getting to the root of craving is the key to lasting habit change.

I cannot say enough…

about how much I have benefitted from my relationship with Jen. She has become a mentor, friend and overall inspiration when it comes to knowing my self worth and improving my life. Her methods for coaching women that want to make a positive and healthy change in their lives are spot on. She is great at explaining things without ever being condescending. She is articulate, compassionate and she genuinely takes an interest in her clients and what is important to them.

Jen helped me untangle…

negative patterns that I didn’t even realize were there, keeping me stuck. Once she helped me uncover what was going on, it made perfect sense. It had been 25 years! My eyes are open thanks to her. Now I can move forward.

Working with jen helped me to…

See myself in a whole new light.  Face my internal struggles.  Figure out my drinking habits.  Realize that life is better without my wine.  Become a better and stronger ME in 8 short weeks. I loved the entire program and honestly felt that each week was so in tune with what I was going through at the time. I can’t say thank you enough.  You have literally transformed me.  I am so GRATEFUL for you.  For your support, guidance, understanding.

Giving up the drinks can be harder than you think…

Alcohol is an addictive substance

I know that I might be stating the obvious, but this is not the same as giving up chocolate. Alcohol is an addictive substance that causes impairment in judgement. One reason that you try and fail is because the deck is stacked against you.

Alcohol is socially acceptable

Alcohol is the only drug that you have to explain NOT taking. As a society, alcohol is accepted as normal. Breaking free from the gray area cycle can be particularly difficult as those around you don’t recognize the problem.

Alcohol numbs

Alcohol keeps us at a distance from uncomfortable or painful feelings. When we pull the alcohol away without addressing what lies beneath, it can be impossible to move forward.
